In this example, you can see that the report is in Excel format. However, at the bottom, a layer of aggregation has been added including tallying the responses within the following categories: Follow-up Type; Follow-up Status; How many agencies did you attempt to contact?; Were the agencies able to assist you?; If the agency did not help, Why?; What happened that you were unable to contact the agencies?; as well as a tracking of the Specialists and how many attempts were made.
