Ride the wave of change with your peers...all the way to California! Join your network of peers from the U.S. and Canada for a conference experience unlike anything you've experienced before. More sessions, more keynotes (yes, two!), and even more post-session fun with old and new friends. Early bird passes go on sale October 1st and convert to regular price on December 31, 2025. This conference traditionally sells out, so get your passes early!
The Venue
Hyatt Regency Orange County is a 17-story atrium-style hotel located four blocks from Disneyland with easy access to beaches. Enjoy dining onsite or venture out with peers in between sessions to see the town!
The Location
Orange County, California Orange County is a place where the year-round Mediterranean climate allows you to enjoy being outdoors every day. Take in the views of the Pacific Ocean from one of the many beaches, play some golf on one of California’s famous “golf coast”, or soak in the sun as you explore on of the famous theme parks nearby.

Inform USA was previously known as the Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS). The organization is a North American association dedicated to providing standards of excellence and education to support practitioners in the field of Information and Referral (I&R), also commonly referred to as resource or community navigation. What is Information and Referral (I&R)? Information and Referral is the practice of connecting people with resources based on their specific needs in their community. Inform USA works with over 800 organizations supporting nearly 10,000 staff members throughout the U.S. and Canada who specialize in I&R. You may recognize these organizations as Area Agencies on Aging, United Ways, 211 programs, or disability resource centers. Collectively, these organizations serve over 20 million people each year.
What to Expect at the Inform USA Conference
The Inform USA Conference is a professional development event that is an educational and networking intensive. Attendees are expected to return to their organizations with the latest information, research, and referrals for their work. It’s an ideal opportunity for vendors to connect with nonprofit decision-makers and their teams.
