    • Join self-proclaimed Medicare and Medicaid “nerd” Damon Terzaghi from ADvancing States as he plays the “Master Detective and Tour Guide of the Unknown” to uncover the mystery of waivers and their beneficiaries.

  • The Spectrum of Support for Clients with Brain Injury

    • This presentation discusses the types of services available for persons with brain injuries. This webinar discusses what a brain injury is, its impact on family and community, and the available resources and information.

  • Introduction to Accessible Content

    • This session will cover integrating universal design concepts into outreach and communication, addressing content access needs for various disabilities, legal responsibilities under the ADA, Section 508, and the Accessible Canada Act, and practical strategies for making content accessible across websites, social media, documents, meetings, and software, with resources and training for further support.

  • 211s, CIEs, and HIEs: Leveraging the Trifecta to Improve Health Equity

    • This session examines the partnership between 211 San Diego/Community Information Exchange (CIE) and San Diego Health Connect/Health Information Exchange (HIE), highlighting how this model integrates community and health systems to enhance person-centered care and improve outcomes through effective coordination of social determinants of health.
