An Inform USA Call Evaluation allows organizations to obtain a third-party assessment of their contact handling quality.
10 "secret shopper" calls will be conducted and scored. This process can be adjusted if calls are not live-answered.
An industry expert from Inform USA then reviews the scoring, and creates personalized feedback for the organization.
Upon completion, the organization will receive a summary report containing both numeric and alpha scores, as well as a summary including strengths, and suggestions for improvement based upon Inform USA Standards.
