Whether you have been through the Accreditation process several times before, or are considering it for your organization for the first time, this presentation is for you!

This workshop will dig into the process used to update the manual to be in alignment with Standards Version 10.0. What were the most significant changes? How will they impact your organization? Come and see the new look and feel of the document, and what hasn't changed.


For those who are new to accreditation, we will share information about how to get started and some tips and tricks to be successful. 
Accreditation is an achievement to be proud of, and this session will help you feel more confident in rising to the challenge. It is worth it! Join your peers in taking a fresh look at Accreditation!

Jennifer is the Director of Standards and Excellence for Inform USA, which includes directing the Accreditation process. She has been with the organization since 2021 and feels honored to work with agencies as they raise the bar on their I&R programs. Previously, she worked at a statewide 211 for 13 years primarily in the role of Database Manager. She has a Masters in Community Counseling, a Bachelors in Social Work, and is Inform USA certified (CRS and CRS-DC). Jennifer lives on a small acreage with her husband, 2 daughters, 2 cows, 3 cats, a dog and a bearded dragon.
