Great Rivers 211 is a community service of Gundersen Health System. We began in the 1970s as a small directory of resources for Gundersen patients. Then we grew and evolved and joined the national 2-1-1 movement to meet the needs of our communities. Today, we connect thousands of people with thousands of available services. We serve people living in Buffalo, Chippewa, Crawford, Dunn, Eau Claire, Grant, Jackson, La Crosse, Monroe, Pepin, Richland, Trempealeau, and Vernon counties in Wisconsin; Houston, Fillmore, and Winona counties in Minnesota; and Allamakee, Clayton, Fayette, Howard, and Winneshiek counties in Iowa.
