Leah has a diverse background in outpatient behavioral health, adoption case management, and Senior referral coordination. Throughout her career, Leah has worked to establish and nurture relationships with referral sources across the United States, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes for those they serve. With a passion for facilitating access to necessary resources and support, Leah is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and communities. Outside of the office, Leah finds joy in coloring and reading with her son and daughter.
