Frontline/Service Delivery Roundtable

Participants in this group are community resource specialists, frontline specialists, and resource navigators for member agencies.

Join Inform USA's Frontline Service Delivery Roundtable. This new format will allow staff members engaged in frontline delivery work to come together and hold a meaningful dialogue about their work. These sessions will allow for open discussion and dialogue across the sector to brainstorm solutions to difficult situations and allow staff members doing similar work to have real peer to peer conversations to discover how others have handled similar situations. These sessions are not focused on "venting" about work but rather solutions-oriented conversations to help move the work of Frontline staff members forward.
