Jennifer Abels

Jennifer joined the team in 2021 first serving as Information Management Director and then in her current role as Accreditation Director. Prior to that, she worked at a statewide 211 for 13 years. During her tenure as the Database Manager, she launched Helpsheets, which have been used thousands of times, created the resource side of a mobile app, and achieved 100% of the database updated for six straight years (with over 5,000 resources). She lives on a small acreage with her husband and two daughters, and various animals. Professionally, Jennifer is passionate about data and processes, and personally loves tending to her flower garden, and spending time outside.
